Delivery Policy

Delivery within Australia typically takes 1–3 business days, however this may be longer for remote or regional areas. Timeframes can vary depending on factors such as order size and stock availability.

We aim to dispatch all orders same day where possible, provided the order is placed before 2pm and items are in stock.

All delivery timeframes are based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sydney Metro - 1 business day (overnight)
  • Canberra - 2 business days
  • Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide - 1–3 business days
  • Perth, Darwin - 4–5 business days
  • Rural/remote areas - approx. 6 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only. While we work with trusted freight partners who aim to deliver within these windows, delays can occasionally occur. We are unable to accept liability for delays outside of our control but will always do our best to assist where possible.


Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after payment is processed.

Within 1 business day, we will provide an update on your order status, including dispatch details where applicable.

If an item is out of stock or cannot be dispatched within 7 days, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss next steps.

In rare cases, external factors outside of our control (such as carrier disruptions) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.
